About Rams100
Rams100 is a Licensed Class A Contractor in Reston, VA, founded by Ram Nabar. Restoration and mold services with a 100% satisfaction guarantee across Northern Virginia.
About Us
At Rams100, we specialize in storm, water, fire, and mold restoration for homes and businesses throughout Northern Virginia. Founded by Ram Nabar - a Licensed Class A Contractor - our Reston-based team is built on a simple commitment: restore your property completely and handle the process professionally from first call to final walkthrough.
Founded on a 100% Satisfaction Standard
The name Rams100 reflects our commitment: 100% satisfaction on every project. Ram Nabar founded the company after recognizing a gap in Northern Virginia's restoration market - property owners were getting emergency mitigation from one contractor, mold remediation from another, and reconstruction from a third, with no single point of accountability.
Rams100 changed that. We handle the complete scope of every project under one license, one contract, and one management team.
Licensed Class A Contractor - Virginia's Highest Tier
Class A is the highest contractor license classification issued by the Commonwealth of Virginia. It is not a certificate or a membership - it requires demonstrated experience on large commercial and residential projects, financial verification, and ongoing continuing education. Every Rams100 project is performed under this license.
What this means for you: we can take on any project regardless of size, we carry the insurance and bonding the license requires, and we are subject to Virginia DPOR oversight.
Our Team and Approach
Our technicians are certified in water damage restoration, mold remediation, and applied structural drying. We use commercial-grade equipment - truck-mounted extractors, industrial dehumidifiers, thermal imaging cameras, and moisture meters - on every project.
Our project management approach mirrors what you would expect from a commercial construction company: written estimates, detailed scope of work, regular status updates, and a formal sign-off before we close a project.
Serving Northern Virginia Since 2020
From our Reston headquarters, we serve homeowners and property managers across the Northern Virginia region - from Great Falls and McLean in the inner suburbs to Manassas and Ashburn in the outer corridor.
